About Endermology

The machine has a vacuum that creates a suction to immobilize and lift soft tissues with the rollers, massaging the tissues at the same time. The vacuum helps to pull the septas (fibrous bands of tissue that surround fat cells in the skin to keep them in place) back up, smoothing and evening the surface of the skin, helping to improve the appearance of the skin. Endermology also improves the circulation and lymphatic system.

The treatment

Before the treatment takes place you will have a full consultation with the clinician, who will then discuss the treatment itself and answer any questions you may have. At the time of treatment you will be weighed and measured. Pictures will be taken at your first treatment to analyse and record the problem areas and these will also be used for your post treatment assessment. You will be given your own body stocking to wear for the duration of the treatment for hygiene purposes and to prevent the rollers from pinching the skin. The treatment head will be used to work over the affected area for a fixed time working on areas of concern.

What should be expected from Endermology?

We recommend an average of between 10-15 sessions initially to start seeing results. A session lasts approximately 35 minutes. For the best results, two sessions a week are recommended. A monthly session is then recommended to maintain your results. You must drink plenty of water throughout your course of treatment to help flush away toxins.
Who is a good candidate?

This treatment is perfect for anyone who is struggling to get rid of cellulite. Endermology is most effective for people who lead healthy lifestyles. This treatment is not a weight loss programme and should be supported with a balanced diet and exercise to encourage excellent results.
