Appointments
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to avoid time delays for the therapist.
Consultations are required for every new client.

Products
A full range of AGERA^® and Obagi^® products are available to be purchased for home use or gifts.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers, for special occasions, are available at reception.
They can also be purchased through the office by telephone or email.

Refund policy
Please note that no products purchased at Absolute Aesthetics can be refunded if the product packaging has been opened. If the products are shown to be materially defective, they will be replaced or a refund given once it has been returned to the manufacturer and the defect confirmed. Products sold as part of a package which includes consultations will be replaced as outlined above however the consultation fee or fees in such
a case will not be refunded if the consultation(s) have been performed
or offered.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Confidentiality
At Absolute Aesthetics we understand that some people like to keep their aesthetic treatments confidential between themselves and their practitioners. In order for us to respect your confidentiality, please indicate what method of communication that you would like us to use to contact you, should the need arise.

We ask for 24 hours notice on cancellations or else a cancellation fee will be chargeable.

All courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

Please note that payments by credit card are subject to a 2.5% surcharge.
